You have just completed a work experience
placement. You receive an email asking you to write him a proposal suggesting
some improvements that could be made to the company´s work experience
programme. You should include your suggestions to future placements and how
these will benefit both the company and the students.
To: Juan Casado, Supervisor in Northgate Arinso
From: Esther Díaz, worker experience
Subject: Work experience programme
Date: March 28th, 2016
Purpose
As requested, I am writing this proposal in
order to evaluate the work experience programme and to suggest some
improvements that could be made by the company.
Suggestions for future placements
Firstly, I would like to say that seldom do the
employers master different languages. A company like this, wich makes deals all
over the world, should hire people who have a high level in different languages,
for instance Spanish, French and German, apart from English, of course. Not
only do they understand languages, but they also have to know other subjects
like economy, financial marketing and job market.
Benefits for the company
In that regard, the benefits could be enormous.
You could expand your bussiness by opening new chain stores in the most
important countries. Sales could shoot up, and with them your own benefits.
Your company might be known all over the world.
Benefits for the students
As a student who has been selected for this
work experience programme, it is my firm belief that it should aim to take
other students. What they need is an opportunity, an experience to expand their
C.V. They could learn in the company the basic principles and you could be more
creative by listening to their original ideas.
Conclusion
To sum up and taking all of this into account,
I would like to add that the employer´s value, not only their qualifications
but also their experiences, make it possible that the company rises to the top.
The better their workers are, the better a company is.
